Your department
You will be a part of the Spare Parts team within the department of Global Services. Global Services is responsible for the development and implementation of Life-cycle Services to our systems worldwide, which is growing strongly. The Spare Parts department is globally responsible for marketing, procurement, sales, planning and delivery of Vanderlande material handling Spare Parts. The department consists of three teams:

1. Sales Engineering Spare Parts

Responsible for the development; tooling and creation of initial Spare Parts packages related to new implemented systems.

2. (Spare parts Development)
Responsible for the Spare Parts offerings, the Product Life Cycle of our catalog and driving the Spares E-Commerce solution.

3, Order Fulfilment

Your team, responsible for the timely and cost-effective delivery of material handling Spare Parts across the globe.

Your position
Within the Supply & Inventory team, which is part of the order fulfillment team, you will assist the supply chain coordinators with the operational purchasing process. With your support, the PO-planning and administration is up to date and complete, resulting in reliable supply and timely availability of spare parts for our customers. Your core tasks will be:

  • Review and administer PO-confirmations from suppliers;
  • Chase suppliers on outstanding/overdue PO’s and/or confirmations;
  • Re-scheduling outbound orders based on revised supply-planning;
  • Inform customers proactively in case of planning deviations;
  • Handle/resolve supplier-invoices in case of pricing-deviations;
  • Identify area’s for improvement, support process improvements;
  • Act as back up for supply chain coordinator when required.

Your profile

  • MBO-level, preferable experience in a logistical-administrative role;
  • You are accurate and have a close eye on detail;
  • Regular knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferable experience with the use of ERP-systems (JdE);
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written;
  • Flexible, ability to adapt towards new tasks, procedures, situations and/or changes;
  • You have the drive to win and you prefer to do this as a team.
