      The Quality Assurance Department in Veghel exists of 12 Quality Professionals and additional several Quality Engineers who work in other regions of the world. Our mission is to ensure Parts and Products First Time Right. We achieve this by working together in a strong network of professionals within R&D, Service, Purchasing, Engineering and Project Management. One of our core tasks is to monitor, improve and guide in- and external suppliers. In this light we take care of the process for Releasing Parts and Products in the Supply Chain. Moreover, we ensure the qualification of suppliers prior to doing business with them. You are reporting to the Manager Quality Assurance.

      Your position

      With a constantly and even exponentially growing number of projects, also our supply chain is challenged to develop rapidly to enable this fast growth. This means that suppliers need to be developed and critical parts need to be release as fast as possible. Also, it is crucial that performance of suppliers becomes even more reliable

      As a Quality Specialist you ensure that a relocation (part/supplier release) is done within the agreed time frame and with the accepted Quality Performance. In this light supplier auditing is also part of the function.

      Finally, you have an important role in guiding and supporting the supplier with the execution of (process) FMEA’s and implementation of Control Plans.  You will be using methods originating from the Automotive Industry such as APQP, PPAP.

      Within the Quality Assurance Team, all team members are involved in supporting customer projects when needed. This includes problem solving in case of structural Product Quality Issues.

       Your Profile

      • Bachelor or Master in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
      • Experience in a Manufacturing environment is considered to be an advantage
      • Able to lead, influence and coordinate in an international and fast paced environment
      • Qualified Lead Auditor or willing to follow training
      • Experience with Problem Solving methods (8D, Kepner&Tregoe, Shainin) etc.
      • Strong in decision making, customer oriented, drive to improve
      • Strong communication skills, sense for cultural differences, entrepreneurial behavior, team player
      • Able to set the standard without losing your pragmatism
      • “Self-Starter” and “Can DO” mentality
      • The function requires the willingness to travel internationally (appr.25%)
