Always stay curious

Data Engineer, Oumayma Ajengui, describes herself as “being very curious” growing up, always wanting answers to questions. The desire to learn and solve problems now drives her to deliver the best solutions to Vanderlande’s customers.

“There’s no straightforward way to figure out what the data is about,” says Oumayma. “You need to dig into the details and process them, to see the extra layer and hidden values. It’s important to be curious, to look at all possible variables and their surroundings.”

Michael is a service technician and substitute team leader at the Albert Heijn distribution center in Zaandam (NL). Trailblazing engineer enjoys the excitement of working for a technology-driven company

Amruta Mhatre was recently promoted to Team Leader in her second stint working for Vanderlande at its Global Capability Centre in Pune, India. The Scada expert enjoys the challenge of delivering solutions on complex international projects. She is also a trailblazer, having been the first female controls engineer from the Pune office to work on site at an airport.
