Always stay curious

Data Engineer, Oumayma Ajengui, describes herself as “being very curious” growing up, always wanting answers to questions. The desire to learn and solve problems now drives her to deliver the best solutions to Vanderlande’s customers.

“There’s no straightforward way to figure out what the data is about,” says Oumayma. “You need to dig into the details and process them, to see the extra layer and hidden values. It’s important to be curious, to look at all possible variables and their surroundings.”
