You and your team
The Vanderlande HR organization has a global presence, with global HR Business Partners, People Services and Centers of Expertise (CoEs). Our HR Technology & Data CoE is active globally in maintaining, supporting, and enabling, by delivering solutions and systems. As a Talent Acquisition Technology Consultant, you are part of this CoE and will be reporting into the Head of HR Technology & Data, located in Vanderlande’s headquarters, Veghel.
Your Responsibilities
Your functional domain will be centred around Recruiting. Workday is our single source of truth, while your responsibility goes beyond Workday Recruiting. You also advocate touchpoints across Workday and drive usage of additional technologies to realize an optimal end-2-process and experience. You act as a trusted advisor when it comes to recruiting technologies for our (senior) stakeholders. Your day-2-day activities focus on strategy, innovation, (project) delivery and continuous improvement.
Strategy & Innovation

You will support the development and implementation of a multi-year recruiting strategy enabled by Technology. You define and drive the Recruiting Technology roadmap which included Data & Reporting for the domain e.g. KPIs definition.

Be the expert in technological advancements and trends in the field of HR, especially for Recruiting within and beyond Workday. You recommend innovative solutions and support business case creation.

You partner with stakeholders within the organization implementing the Recruiting technology roadmap (e.g. Global Head Talent Acquisition, Regional Leaders, Talent Acquisition Community)
Projects & Development

You ensure (further) leverage of Workday Recruiting and other third party solutions.

You drive initiatives to increase user adoption across the globe.

You drive end-2-end implementation of (new) functionality and/or tooling; from (impact) analysis, design, build and configuration, test and change management.

You lead the implementation of the Recruiting Reporting strategy, i.e. delivery & adoption of dashboards for various personas.

You champion the delivery of relevant projects including (resource) planning, risk and issue management.

You address required training needs, develop & deliver training programmes together with Subject Matter Experts in the Global Community

You identify and develop programs & act as a project manager or Technology SME in bigger initiatives.
Continuous Improvement

You lead in maintaining and updating HR systems covering change requests management as well as driving the release cycle for your functional domain.

You address Workday touchpoints/ dependencies, and support the design & implementation of those (e.g. Workday Core)

You manage inquiries, issues and/or service requests to drive resolution in line with SLAs.

Gain in-depth knowledge of business processes to contribute to and advise in the definition, design, implementation/delivery of effective (automated) processes and/or solutions.
Education and Experience
-
Master's degree in Human Resources, information system or technology, accounting, business administration, or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.

Knowledge of HR, Recruiting practices and processes.
-
Functional Workday Core and Recruiting experience (5+ years). Experience with other Workday modules and/or Recruiting Technology outside Workday is highly preferred (e.g. background screening, candidate engagement, sourcing).

High preference for former consultant / implementation partner experience.

Strong stakeholder management & communication skills. Ability to take people along. Experience in collaborating with (business) stakeholders at various levels. Ability to influence, convince and realize buy-in to move plans forward.
