Description of the assignment
To be able to build highly effective, well rounded People leaders we need to create a way in which we can measure if we are heading in the right direction. It’s important for Vanderlande to measure the skills of our leaders, and therefor also to measure if the programmes, courses and other (learning) interventions, that we provide to our leaders, make the right impact in the organization.
Description of department
You will be working from the Center of Expertise Learning & Leadership supporting the Programme Manager Talent & Leadership, interacting with a broad range of roles such as HR Business Partners, HR advisors, Talent Management and leaders within the organization.
This project that you will be working on, is part of a larger initiative called Effective people leaders in which we strive to build highly effective, well-rounded People Leaders through core leadership skills essential to the Vanderlandes High Performance Culture.
Responsibilities
- Discover: You need to research what is needed to answer to the challenge set above.
- Decide: together with the stakeholders you need to decide the plan of approach and which of the found solutions will contribute the most (cost effectively).
- Design & Develop: Together with the stakeholders you will design & develop the measurements and any of the additionally needed interventions. Develop a change & communication plan together with Programme Management T&L, MarCom, and the Sounding Board.
- Implement: In the end everything needs to be implemented and rolled out at Vanderlande in which you will be supporting.
Skills
- You are full of ideas, and you don’t shy away from bringing them to the table
- Background / Interest in Leadership Development
- Background / Interest in data and analytics
- Able to work individually on assigned tasks but also in a team dynamic
- Able to share feedback based on observations and suggest improvements.
- Excellent English language skills (writing)
- Some experience working in project – organizing, preparing, consolidating, etc.
