Sales Account Director APAC – SEA

Singapore

Reporting directly to the Sales Director (APAC), based in Singapore, this individual plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic business decisions through forecasting, data and insightful market analysis, providing modelling and recommendation to senior leadership both at regional and global level, working closely with cross functional commercial and operation teams, to optimize the growth of the business. Your geographical responsibility will include Southeast Asia and possibly other countries in the region (to be agreed).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Take ownership of the overall regional sales target and allocations.
  • Contribute to both the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Shape and implement business development plans and strategies across the SEA region.
  • Willingness to go beyond just closing the deal and hitting targets. Focused on how to best address customer biggest needs to develop a long-term relationship.
  • Become an expert of our products and value proposition.
  • Willingness to travel within short notice.

Ideally, you should also have:

  • A track record for exceptional performance in a constantly changing, ambiguous environment, and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success selling complex solutions to multiple senior stakeholders within the sector.
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of commercial working experience; preferably with high value engineered solutions.
  • Working experience in relevant industry segment (Airports & parcel or baggage handling system) is an advantage.
  • Senior, business acumen and a strong sale spirit.
  • Experience in handling mid to large sized business deals.
  • Experience in field sales and have in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationship.
  • Proven track record of achieving results as a Peoples Manager, leading a team of sales professionals in airport and parcel industry.
