Wat wij doen
Marketing & Communicatie
De afdeling Marketing & Communicatie is verantwoordelijk voor de positionering en profilering van Vanderlande. Deze afdeling zet Vanderlande op de kaart! Het is de taak van deze afdeling om het imago en de naamsbekendheid van Vanderlande te optimaliseren via alle beschikbare marketingtools. Hierbij gaat het om vier verschillende vormen van communicatie: corporate communicatie en PR, Marcom, interne communicatie en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie.
De afdeling maakt gebruik van zowel online als offline tools om onze brand awareness verder te vergroten, zoals films, vakbeurzen en evenementen, websites, vlogs, blogs en uiteraard social media.
Human Resources (HR)
De afdeling HR ondersteunt de medewerkers van de organisatie volgens Vanderlande ’s kernwaarden. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor resourcemanagement en alle aspecten van het werken bij Vanderlande. HR moet er bovendien voor zorgen dat alle informatie over alle werknemers van Vanderlande over de hele wereld correct is geregistreerd in Workday, het HR-systeem van het bedrijf.
Ook brengt zij bestaande en potentiële werknemers met elkaar in contact door middel van employer branding op de arbeidsmarkt. Dit gebeurt uiteraard in overeenstemming met de bedrijfsstrategie van Vanderlande.
Daarnaast organiseert HR trainings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden door middel van toonaangevende cursussen op de Vanderlande Academy en biedt zij mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke groei via talentontwikkelingsprogramma’s. De afdeling heeft een positieve invloed op individuele prestatieniveaus, het ontdekken van talent en bedrijfsopvolging. Daarnaast is de afdeling proactief op het gebied van gezondheid en veiligheid en is zich bewust van het maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen (MVO) beleid van Vanderlande.
Finance & Control
De afdeling Finance & Control (Shared Service Centre, Business/Project Control, en Group Finance & Control) ondersteunt het bedrijf voortdurend bij het realiseren van haar strategie van duurzame winstgevende groei. Een van de grootste uitdagingen is dat we een bedrijfspartner willen zijn door betrouwbare (management)informatie te leveren en advies en constructieve feedback te geven.
Finance & Control zorgt er daarnaast voor dat de administratieve processen effectief en efficiënt zijn, en correct worden uitgevoerd. Dit om de betrouwbaarheid van informatie te garanderen, voorspelbaar te maken en potentiële risico’s te verkleinen. Daarnaast is naleving een belangrijk doel gezien het feit dat Vanderlande moet voldoen aan verschillende interne en externe regelgevingen (denk aan belastingen en interne/externe financiële verslaglegging).
Facilities
De afdeling Facilities zorgt ervoor dat alle medewerkers op de locatie Veghel een goed georganiseerde, veilige en gastvrije omgeving hebben om in te werken. Dit doen ze door de terreinen, gebouwen, werkplekken en overige faciliteiten in optimale conditie te houden. Daarnaast zijn regelmatige evaluaties belangrijk om eventuele verbeterpunten te signaleren en waar nodig door te voeren.
ICT
De ICT-afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren, innoveren en bouwen van de benodigde ICT-diensten, zoals processen, informatiesystemen en infrastructuur.
Legal
De afdeling Legal is verantwoordelijk voor advies en het effectief managen van alle juridische en contractuele risico’s. Daarnaast kunnen de medewerkers met deze afdeling sparren over de juridische aspecten van onze activiteiten.
