UK Graduate Programme

Vanderlande UK Graduate Programme

Start your engineering career with real-world experience, professional support, and long-term growth.

At Vanderlande in the UK, our Graduate Scheme offers recent STEM graduates a dynamic and immersive start to their careers. This structured programme runs for 24 to 30 months and provides the opportunity to work on real-world engineering and technology projects from day one. Based at our offices near London Heathrow, graduates become part of collaborative project teams, contributing to every stage of delivery—from initial design through to implementation and operational support. The scheme is designed to build both technical capability and professional confidence, helping graduates make a meaningful impact from the outset.

What makes this programme stand out is the strong emphasis on personal growth and long-term career progression. Each graduate is supported by a dedicated mentor and an engineering buddy, helping them navigate both the technical challenges and the working culture at Vanderlande. Graduates are encouraged to take ownership of their journey, with regular performance reviews, goal-setting conversations, and opportunities to reflect on their progress. The onboarding experience includes immersive training and hands-on learning, ensuring graduates are well-equipped to succeed in their roles and continue developing throughout their time with us.

We’re proud to offer a supportive and inclusive environment where graduates can explore different areas of the business, build strong networks, and discover where they can make the greatest contribution.
