  • Work as a Communication Specialist in India to increase Vanderlande’s employer branding in India by managing consistent social media presence at various platforms such as LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook, Instagram
  • To plan, create & implement local communication strategies working closely with local Management team and HR.
  • Write and distribute contents to promote Vanderlande’s Brand, activities, and products to attract prospective candidates, institutions, and forums and to create Best employer brand image.
  • Identify target audiences from time to time. Create / develop and implement plans to engage target audiences and spread message about Vanderlande, to build a visibly positive reputation of the company
  • Develop, support, and promote company goals through message development, social media content creation and branding.
  • Ensure Local digital branding and marketing content is aligned with our brand identity. Message and assist for recruitment, branding activity campaigns as needed.
  • Work closely with management team and HR to develop and strengthen internal branding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Advise and facilitate and co-create with management team and managers & Head office in creation of wide range of local corporate communication material.
  • Establish compliance with brand guidelines and Vanderlande best practices for internal/external communications, website, posters, media & other events within office and/or other venues
  • Undertake drafting and development of all content for internal and external communication including virtual space.
  • Carry out research into the attitudes and perceptions of the target audience. Monitor forums, social media sites, and other platforms to assess our brand image vis a vis our competition.
  • Based on research prepare regular reports for the management team and give recommendations, such as media interviews, encourage and assist managers to comment on the expertise areas. Prepare presentations and papers for executives speaking at internal and external forums / conferences.
  • Be a trusted adviser and assist to local leadership regarding adoption of digital methodologies for branding and communications to deliver a unified message across all channels of internal and external communications.
