As part of the Mobile Service Team, it will be expected that you are able to provide technical electro-mechanical and system controls fault finding across various Material Handling Systems along with conducting pro-active maintenance activities across the same customer base.
It is expected that all individuals have will have a very good understand of the MS Office package. It is desirable that candidates have Maximo (CMMS System) experience as well as experience with PLCs and FSCs.
Provide leading technical response, and tele-support, to complex electro-mechanical and controls to support our customers
Co-ordination of operational fault correction activities on the MHE in collaboration with the appropriate operations managers.
Review and monitor daily the system performance and condition and identify root causes of equipment and system failures and analyse the problems.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with associated site legislative H&S regulations.
Ensure full accountability in matters pertaining to PPM
Participate in work related performance and individual improvement programmes as well as training programmes
