Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals across the APAC region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand organizational needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent mapping, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Drive initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion within the talent acquisition processes.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and recruitment agencies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and manage recruitment metrics, providing regular and insightful reports to senior management.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Vanderlande as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives.
  • Adapt to Global Initiatives: Align APAC recruitment strategies with global talent acquisition projects, ensuring a cohesive approach.

Qualifications:

Experience: Over 13 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on managerial roles. Industry Focus: Background in recruiting for Engineering, Software, Sales, and Support roles. Regional Exposure: Proven experience in leading talent acquisition efforts across the APAC region. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
