What we do
The main challenge for our Life-cycle Services department is to develop and maintain business partnerships with our customers worldwide, in their rapidly expanding markets.
The work carried out by more than 144 of our site-based service teams and many other personnel actively supports them with system maintenance, logistics management and business improvement processes. Our specialists ensure that the systems we have installed continue to function seamlessly.
We are committed to being a reliable partner to our customers, and this approach takes three forms. By sharing our expertise in logistic process automation, we are able to support their maintenance teams. We can also take full responsibility for their operations, or even cooperate closely with them to future-proof business performance.
Keeping complex equipment operating effectively calls for a range of services. These encompass preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts management, IT infrastructure support, asset management and consultancy. Our Life-cycle Services specialists are passionate about enhancing our customers’ competitive positions, and carry out their responsibilities alongside enthusiastic colleagues.
In addition to experienced field service engineers, we rely on contract and project managers, IT specialists, process engineers and consultants to support our customers. We also proactively analyse ways of improving our provision in response to ever-changing market pressures. To achieve this, process engineers as well as consultants in asset management and intralogistics are becoming increasingly important.
