As Site Manager your main functions/tasks will be:
- Define the installation plan of the project.
- Organization of all activities related to the 'works on site' phase.
- Ensure the execution of the work according to the sequence defined in the planning.
- Advise and participate in the Budget process of the execution phase and hiring of subcontractors.
- Coordinate execution times with the client and subcontractors.
- Lead and manage the interaction of jobs on the site.
- Delegate responsibility for installation to suppliers/partners.
- Optimum preparation for the commissioning phase of the installation.
- Commissioning support during the testing phase.
- Logistics organization of the teams on site.
- Creation and management of site documentation and reporting of site management plans.
- Management and control of internal processes.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements.
How should your profile be?
- Advanced vocational education in a technical specialty such as Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or Technician .
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as Site Manager
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D CAD programs (Autocad, Solidworks, etc.).
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Preferable experience in automated warehouses, airport and/or in the logistics sector.
- Strong communication skills and a creative approach to building professional relationships with clients.
- Ability to work within an international work environment, especially working within a project organization.
- Fluency English (B2), both verbal and written, and a high level of Spanish (C1).
- Availability to travel for several months and be displaced in other countries (EUROPE AND LATAM).
- Driving license.
